Fees
The delegate registration fee for Hydra XV in 2022 will be £840 (€1000).
The fee includes B&B accommodation, all lectures and course materials and some meals as listed in the programme.
Accommodation is provided on a shared-room basis in twin rooms.
When you are accepted on the course, you will be asked to pay the registration fee within one week to confirm your place. If you do not confirm your place then it will be offered to candidates on the waiting list.
Bursaries and Travel Grants
The organisers are delighted to confirm that:

Roche has kindly provided five full bursaries to cover five students full registration fees at Hydra XV 2022.

hPSCreg have kindly provided one full bursary to cover one student's full registration fee at Hydra XV2022.
Students who do not have funding to cover their registration fees, and are therefore being considered for these bursaries, will be contacted directly by the organisers.
There are numerous sources of travel funding for PhD students and early career researchers available throughout Europe. Please speak to your group leader for advice on which organisations you might be able to apply to for travel funding.
